EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
TUSA participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. TUSA is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. TUSA is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. TUSA complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer of liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, TUSA is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, TUSA may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, it will be referred to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., (JAMS) under the JAMS International Mediation Rules, which are accessible on the JAMS website at https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield. JAMS mediation may also be commenced as provided for in the JAMS International Mediation Rules. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website at https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=How-to-Submit-a-Complaint, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
What personal information does TUSA collect from you?
Personal information is any information that personally identifies you or from which you could be identified. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and profession or occupation.
You may choose to give us personal information directly in a variety of situations. For example, when you:
• place product or services orders with us;
• create a user profile to access one of our online platforms or support portals;
• make information requests or complaints;
• sign up for or respond to marketing communications, surveys, newsletters or support communications;
• submit credit applications, job applications and event registrations; or
• visit or browse TUSA websites.

TUSA may also collect some information that is not personal information because it does not identify you or anyone else. For example, we may collect anonymous or aggregated information about how users use our websites, products or services to identify trends and better understand users’ behavior.
What about Cookies?
We may partner with a third party to either display advertising on TUSA Sites or Services. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. How do we use information collected from you?

What other choices do I have?
