Local Area Network (LAN) Services

Local Area Network (LAN) Management simplifies the configuration, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Telefónica's networks.

These tools provide IT organizations with an integrated system for sharing device information across applications. This rich data environment allows the automation of device manageability tasks, visibility to the network's health and capability. Allowing identification and localization of network trouble.

The different LAN and Desktop Services that Telefónica provides are:
  • Desktop Management: Personalized support and updated service of the customer software and user configuration.
  • Remote Desktop: Service that centralizes the customer equipment management.
  • Active Directory: Authentication, management and centralized provisioning of users, profiles and user groups.
  • Help Desk: Provision, design and installation of the CA Service Desk+ platform for customer help desk.
SMS (System Management Server): Information and configuration service that provides a comprehensive solution for change and configuration management for the Microsoft platform, enabling organizations to provide relevant software and updates to users quickly and cost-effectively.
