Voiceplus+ Service Types

Voiceplus+ is designed for Enterprises with multiple offices and/or a high volume of voice traffic. With Virtual Private Network (VPN) services connecting multiple offices on one dial plan, customers create value by eliminating corporate calling costs (off-net) between offices and reducing local, long distance and network management costs.

Additionally, IP Trunking and IP Centrex further optimize network utilization by converging more applications in a single infrastructure.

• IP Trunk: IP Trunking is a PRI Replacement service for customers who wish to retain their current PBX infrastructure. With IP Trunking, customers utilize their data networks to connect their voice premise equipment to the PSTN. This allows lower network costs while providing equivalent telecommunications services. Features are provided by the customer's PB, which can later be replaced by IP Centrex services if desired.
• Number Service: Numbering management for each phone number attached to the IP Trunks.  This charge will apply either if is a Local Number Portability or a new DID.
• IP Centrex & Advance IP Centrex: Both are a "PBX Replacement" service, designed for Enterprise customers who do not wish to maintain a PBX on-site and attendant management cost. To replace the PBX, the service provides a rich set of features directly from the TData network, including: Auto Attendant, Account Code Support, Call Transfer, Music on Hold and Integrated Unified Communications (Advanced IP Centrex). By removing the need for an on-site PBX, customers save on Maintenance, Upgrade and Employee Operations costs.
• Business Line: A lower price IP Local Line Service with no features included. Typically, this service will appeal to small office customers without a PBX.
