Access to workgroup recovery positions at Telefónica's Key Center include a work-desk environment with each position featuring a desk area, chair, voice telephone line with handset, PC and Internet Access.

If a customer is experiencing a disaster or any unplanned event or condition, in which they are unable to use their own premises or their computer equipment intended for computer processing and related purposes, then such a customer can petition the use of the workgroup facilities for the terms specified in the contract.

In cases where there lies an impending threat such as a hurricane then the customer can petition the use of the workgroup facilities for a period previously specified in their contract.
